What this page is for​

One picture of the school: you at the top, then classes, then the people in them. It is the fastest way to answer "who is in 7B?" or "which classes does this teacher have?" without opening several pages.

The screen, explained​

The view opens centred on you, not zoomed out to fit everything, so you start somewhere readable rather than on a wall of tiny boxes. Above the canvas, three counters give the school's total teachers, classes and pupils, and a Reset view button re-centres on you at any time. Zoom and pan with the viewport controls; expanding a class or searching re-fits the view around what you asked for.

Type into the search bar to jump straight to a person or class instead of panning around to find them.

Expand a class​

Click a class node to expand it into the pupils enrolled in it, laid out underneath. Each class has its own show/hide toggle, so you can expand one class at a time without the canvas filling up with every pupil in the school at once.

Teacher and pupil details​

Click a teacher or a pupil to open a side panel with their details. For a teacher this includes their email, when they joined, and — for teachers with their own account — how many AI tokens they have used against their monthly allocation, with a field to change that allocation and save it directly from the panel. From a pupil's panel you can jump to their full profile.

Rules and limits​

  • It reflects live structure. A class with no homeroom teacher or no pupils shows as such — the gap is the point.
  • It is read-only. Structural changes happen in Classes & parallels and Teaching assignments.
  • Graduated classes are not shown, since they are no longer part of the active structure.

Troubleshooting​

"A class looks empty." Nobody has joined yet, or the pupils are still pending approval by the homeroom teacher.

"A teacher is not attached to any class." They have an account and a membership but no teaching assignment — see Teaching assignments.

"I cannot find a pupil." Use search. If they still do not appear, they may be pending, in another school, or graduated.
