Read this before the end of the year
Promote all, Graduation and Restore are bulk operations. They are all reversible or repeatable, and each one shows you a plan before it does anything — but the plan is the moment to check, not the screen after it.
The single most common surprise: after promoting, the entry grades are empty and you create them yourself. That is expected, and Promote all explains why.
A newly registered school shows a "pending approval" screen to every member until the platform activates it. Nothing you set up is lost while you wait.
