What this page is for​

Every class you are assigned to, and the way into a specific class's pupils.

The screen, explained​

One card per class, showing the subject, the class name and how many pupils are in it.

Finding a class​

Use the search box to filter by class name, subject or grade level.

Or tap a grade chip — All classes, or a single grade — to narrow the grid to that grade level.

If a search or grade filter matches nothing, the page falls back to the same "no classes" message it shows when you have not been assigned any teaching at all — an empty result here does not necessarily mean your roster is empty.

Pin a class — the pin icon on its card — to keep it at the top of the grid, ahead of every unpinned class. Useful when you teach many classes and check one often.

Opening a class​

Opening a class shows shortcuts to its calendar and curriculum, quick tiles for a lesson plan, homework, a presentation and an exam, and its next scheduled lesson.

Below that is the pupil list, each name linking to their profile. Pupils join with the class code from their homeroom teacher; once approved, they appear in every subject you teach for that class — you cannot invite them directly.

From a pupil's profile you can see their marks, attendance and work in your subject, add a note, and generate an AI summary.

Rules and limits​

  • Assigned classes only. A class appears once the director assigns you to that subject for it. You cannot add yourself.
  • Split subjects show your group, not the whole class.
  • Notes have a visibility choice. A note marked visible to parents appears in the parent portal; otherwise it stays internal.
  • A pupil profile is scoped to your teaching. You see their record in your subject, not everything the school holds — unless you are their homeroom teacher.

Troubleshooting​

"A class I teach is missing." No teaching assignment exists yet — ask your director.

"Pupils are missing from a class." They may be pending approval by the homeroom teacher, or in another parallel.

"I only see half the class." It is a split subject and you have one group.

"A pupil's profile shows nothing." Nothing has been recorded for them in your subject yet, or the school requires parental consent that has not been given.
