What this page is for
Your own account: how you appear to parents and pupils, your professional record, your security options, and which notifications reach you.
Four tabs: Profile, Professional CV, Security, Notifications.
Profile
Your name, photo, and the professional details shown to parents — your headline, your bio, the subjects you teach.
Changing your photo takes effect everywhere immediately: the journal, the mindmap, pupils' timetables. If you still see the old one, it is your browser's cache — a hard refresh clears it.
Professional CV
Your education, qualifications, work experience and a free-text section, each as a list you add to and reorder.
This is teacher-only — the tab does not exist for parents or pupils.
Preview my profile at the bottom of the tab opens exactly the card a parent sees when they tap your name, so you can check how it reads before leaving it.
The CV appears in the parent portal, on your profile card. It is a professional introduction, so write it for a parent audience.
Security
Your password and sign-in options, plus your personal data controls — exporting your data, and requesting deletion of your account.
Notifications
Which events reach you, and how. In-app notifications and browser push are available to every role.
Telegram delivery is deliberately not offered to teachers, pupils or directors. Staff get in-app and browser notifications instead.
Browser push has to be enabled per browser and per device — allowing it on your laptop does not enable it on your phone.
Saving
Changes are not saved as you type. A save bar appears when something is different, and stays until you save or discard. Leaving the page with it open loses the changes.
Rules and limits
- Profile changes apply immediately once saved.
- The CV tab is teacher-only.
- No Telegram for staff — in-app and web push only.
- Push is per browser, per device, and needs your permission.
- Your director cannot edit your profile — only you can.
Troubleshooting
"My photo did not change." It did; your browser cached the old one. Hard-refresh.
"There is no Telegram option." Correct — see above.
"I get no push notifications." They must be enabled in this tab and allowed by the browser itself. If you dismissed the browser prompt, re-allow notifications for the site in your browser settings.
"The save bar will not go away." Something is still different from what is stored. Save, or discard.
"I want to change my email." That is tied to your sign-in. Ask your director.
