Parent dashboard

What this page is for
It is the front door. It shows every child you are linked to, and it does so across all schools at once — if you have one child in one school and another child somewhere else, both appear here together.
From a child's card you go into that child's full profile.
The screen, explained
Each child has a card showing:
- The child's photo or initials
- Their name
- Their school — this matters when your children are in different schools
- Their class
- A shortcut into their full profile
Because the same parent account can belong to several schools. Two children in two different schools are two separate memberships, and the card tells you which one you are about to open.
Ribbons at the top
A coloured strip sometimes appears above your children. It is never decoration — it always means something needs your attention, or explains why something is free:

| Amber — expiring | The paid period for that child ends soon. Renew to avoid interruption |
| Red — expired | The paid period has ended |
| Green — free trial | The school has given a free trial. Nothing to pay while it lasts |
A period ending never hides marks already recorded — it limits what is available going forward.
Common tasks
Open a child's profile
Click the child's card. You land on their Child profile, on the Overview tab.
Add another child
You need a child code from that child's homeroom teacher. See Joining a school.
Switch to a different school
Use All schools in the sidebar. It lists every school you belong to, and lets you join another one with a code.
Rules and limits
- You only ever see children you are linked to. There is no way to browse other pupils, and no search that would reveal them.
- A link can be revoked. If the school revokes your link to a child, that child disappears from this page. Ask the homeroom teacher.
- A pending link shows nothing yet. If you have joined the school but the teacher has not yet approved your link to the child, you will see the school but no child. That approval is a human step at the school's end.
Troubleshooting
"I see the school but no children." Your link to the child has not been approved yet, or was revoked. Contact the homeroom teacher.
"One of my children is missing." Check the All schools page — that child may be in a school you are looking at from the wrong one. Each child belongs to exactly one school.
"It says I am not a member of any school." You have an account but have not joined a school yet. You need a code — see Joining a school.
"Everything is blurred and asks for consent." Your school requires parental consent before showing a pupil's data. You are the person who gives it — the consent panel is on that same screen. See Child profile.
