What this page is for
This is everything the school records about one child, organised into tabs. It is read-only: it reflects what teachers have entered, and nothing here changes a school record.
At the top you always see the child's photo, name, class, and their overall average. Below that is a row of tabs you can scroll sideways.
The 15 tabs
They are always in this order, so you can learn where things are by position.
1. Overview
The summary you land on. Recent marks, a performance chart, and each subject with its teacher. Two useful shortcuts live here: View profile on a teacher, and Book meeting.
2. Homework
Every task set for your child, whether done, late, or not started. Each row opens the full homework detail.
Marks shown here are the homework marks, which may differ from the marks in the electronic journal — a teacher decides what goes into the journal.
3. Grades
Marks grouped by subject, with the average per subject. This is the parent view of the same data teachers enter in the electronic journal.
4. Exams
Exams your child has taken or has scheduled. A completed exam opens the exam result.
5. Materials
Lesson materials teachers have attached — documents, links, videos — organised by subject and lesson. You can open the same materials your child can.
6. Teachers
Who teaches your child, by subject. Clicking a teacher opens their professional profile: their headline, education, qualifications and experience, as far as they have filled it in. From here you can also request a meeting.
7. Notes
Notes teachers have written about your child that are marked as visible to parents. Praise, concerns, behaviour, things worth knowing.
Teachers can write notes for internal use only. You see the ones they chose to share with parents. If you think something is missing, ask the teacher directly.
8. Meetings
Meetings with teachers: requested, approved, or declined.
A video link is shown from 15 minutes before the start until 30 minutes after the end. Outside that window there is deliberately no link on the screen — so a link cannot quietly circulate long before or after. If you cannot see it, check the time.
9. Analytics
Charts rather than lists: how marks move over time, subject-by-subject compared to the class average, attendance, and conduct.
A school-year filter sits at the top. It defaults to the current year, so if a chart looks empty in the summer, switch the year.
Some views show a position relative to classmates. It is calculated on the server and only the resulting number is sent to your browser — never other children's marks. It is also hidden entirely in very small groups, where a position would effectively name another child.
10. Weekly Reports
Written summaries from the homeroom teacher, covering one week each. See Weekly reports.
11. Documents
Official documents the school has produced for your child, such as the foaie matricolă (school transcript).
A generated document stays internal until a member of staff uploads the signed version. A green "Signed by" badge marks the released ones. If a document you expect is missing, it has not been signed yet.
12. Support
An individual support plan (PEI), if your child has one. It lists the agreed adjustments and goals. This tab is present for everyone; it is simply empty when there is no plan.
13. Report card
The four-part report: attainment, effort, progress and target per subject, plus a competence profile and any language level. There is a Download PDF button.
Two competence sections sit here and they answer different questions. The chart shows what your child's class was taught. Below it, Competences your child has earned shows what your child personally banked from lessons that have already been taught — lessons they were marked absent from award nothing, so the two can legitimately differ. Neither is a mark, and neither affects grades.
The homeroom teacher's written comment appears here once they publish it — a draft they are still working on is not visible to you.
14. Career
For older pupils: their interest questionnaire results, the professions they are considering, the universities or faculties they are targeting, and their application checklist.
This tab only appears once the class teacher has started career tracking and your child has submitted their choices.
15. Achievements
Badges your child has earned — for consistency, improvement, homework done on time, and similar. They accumulate over the years and are not removed.

The Absolvent badge
When a class graduates, your child's card shows an Absolvent badge with their final class, for example Absolvent Liceu 12 A 2025-2026.
A graduated pupil is no longer on an active class roster, so "homework due" and "upcoming exams" no longer mean anything for them. Those two tabs are therefore hidden, and a bookmark pointing at them lands on Overview instead.
Nothing is deleted. Marks, the report card, documents, analytics and achievements all stay exactly where they were. Only the two tabs about ongoing work are hidden.
The consent screen
Some schools require a parent's consent before any pupil data is displayed. In those schools, until you give consent you see a blurred placeholder instead of your child's profile.
You are the person who gives that consent, and the panel is on the same screen. Once you confirm, the page unblurs immediately.
When consent is missing, your child's data is not sent to your browser at all — the blur is a placeholder, not a covered-up copy. This is also why the school cannot "just show it anyway".
Teachers and directors see the same block in schools that require consent, and non-consented pupils are excluded from automated risk profiling and from name-carrying leaderboards.
Rules and limits
- Read-only. Nothing on this page edits a school record.
- One child at a time. Each profile is scoped to a single child you are linked to; there is no cross-child or cross-school view here.
- Tabs can be legitimately empty. Support, Career and Documents are empty until the school produces something for them.
- Analytics defaults to the current school year. The year flips on 1 June.
Troubleshooting
"Homework and Exams tabs are gone." Your child has graduated — see the Absolvent badge. This is intended, and nothing was deleted.
"A chart is empty." Check the school-year filter on the Analytics tab. In the summer it defaults to a year with no marks in it yet.
"I cannot see the meeting link." It only appears from 15 minutes before to 30 minutes after — see Meetings.
"The report card has no teacher comment." The homeroom teacher has not published one yet. Drafts are not shown to parents.
"Everything is blurred." Your school requires consent and it has not been given yet — see the consent screen.
