For parents
The parent portal answers one question: how is my child doing at school?
Everything the school records — marks, absences, homework, exam results, teacher notes — appears here for your child, and only for your child.
What you can and cannot do
| You can | You cannot |
|---|---|
| See every mark, absence and note recorded for your child | Change a mark, an absence or a note |
| Read homework tasks and see what your child submitted | Submit homework on your child's behalf |
| See exam results and the teacher's feedback | Open an exam or take it |
| Ask a teacher for a meeting | See anything about another family's child |
| Submit an excuse for an absence | Remove an absence yourself |
You are a reader, not an editor
The parent portal is deliberately read-only for school records. If something looks wrong — a mark you do not recognise, an absence on a day your child was present — the fix is to talk to the teacher, not to edit it here. See Notes and messages.
The pages
- Dashboard — all your children, across every school
- Child profile — the deep view: 15 tabs, one child
- Homework detail — one task, what was submitted, how it was marked
- Exam result — question by question, with the teacher's comments
- Weekly reports — the homeroom teacher's written summary
First time here?
Read Joining a school first. A parent account on its own shows nothing — you need to be linked to your child, and that link is created with a child code from the homeroom teacher.
