What this page is for
Once a week the homeroom teacher can send a short written summary of how your child's week went — the marks, the absences, the homework, and anything worth mentioning — written for you rather than pulled from a table.
The screen, explained
One card per week, newest first. Each shows the week it covers, the summary itself, and any highlights the teacher picked out.
You are also notified when a new one arrives: in the app, and on Telegram if you have connected it.
Rules and limits
- Only the homeroom teacher writes these. Subject teachers do not.
- They are not automatic. A quiet week may simply have no report. Nothing is wrong if a week is missing.
- Your child may have their own version. The teacher can send a summary to the parent, to the pupil, or both, and the wording differs — yours addresses you, theirs addresses them.
- A draft is not visible. You see a report only once the teacher sends it.
- They are written with AI assistance and then reviewed by the teacher, who edits before sending. The teacher decides what you read.
Troubleshooting
"There are no reports at all." The homeroom teacher has not started sending them. It is optional.
"There is a gap between weeks." Only weeks the teacher chose to send appear. Holiday weeks are usually skipped.
"I got a notification but the page is empty." Check you are on the right child — notifications name the child, and the page shows one child at a time.
