What this page is for
The record of scutiri — the notes parents submit to excuse an absence or a late arrival, usually a medical certificate.
For teachers this page is read-only. Parents submit them; you consult them when deciding whether an absence in the journal was justified.
The header totals every waiver on record, plus how many absences and how many late arrivals sit on the current page; each entry below shows the pupil, the dates or hours it covers, the stated reason, and an Activ status badge.
What you can see
Every waiver in the school, not only your own classes.
You often teach a pupil whose absence was excused through a different class, and you need to see it to mark the journal correctly. Note the difference from Parents, which is deliberately restricted to your homeroom.
Filtering
- Type — absences, late arrivals, or both.
- Pupil name — free-text search.
Results are paginated.
What each entry shows
The pupil, the type, the period it covers, the stated reason, and its status:

Attached evidence — a photographed certificate, for instance — is shown with the entry.
What this page does not do
- It does not mark anything in the electronic journal. Recording the absence and deciding whether it is motivated stays a journal action — see Electronic journal.
- It does not approve or reject a waiver. Teachers only read here.
- It does not notify anyone.
Rules and limits
- Read-only for teachers.
- School-wide visibility, filterable by type and pupil.
- Evidence files are shown only through the app, never as a public link.
- Submission is a parent action.
Troubleshooting
"A parent says they sent one and I cannot find it." Search by the pupil's name rather than the parent's — the list is keyed to pupils. Also check the type filter is not hiding it.
"Marked expired but the pupil is still off." A waiver covers a stated period. A longer absence needs a new one.
"I want to approve it." Teachers cannot. The waiver is a record; whether an absence counts as motivated is set in the journal.
"Can I download the certificate?" It opens in the app. Files are served through the app rather than as shareable links, since they are medical records.
