Three ways to build it​

Compile from your lesson plans​

The accurate one. It walks the curriculum and matches each subtopic to a lesson plan you have already written, filling the row from the real plan.

It also reports gaps — subtopics with no plan yet — so you can see what is missing rather than discovering it later.

Compile with AI​

Same spine, then AI rewrites the Activități, Competențe specifice and Unități de competență columns while leaving titles, texts, hours and types exactly as they were. Use it to polish a merged plan.

This is how the competence columns get filled

Compiling from plans can only carry across what your curriculum stores, and an imported curriculum often has no competences recorded against its units — so those two columns come out blank. The AI pass is what fills them, which is the main reason to run it over an otherwise finished merge.

Auto (no plans)​

Generates rows straight from the curriculum. Fastest, least accurate — the page says so, because it is the option people reach for first.

Evaluations can be inserted for you

Turn on the option and each unit gets its Sinteză, Sumativă and Analiză rows added automatically, which you can then move or edit.

Editing​

Rows are drag-and-drop reorderable, every cell is editable, and lesson numbers renumber themselves. The extra MECC columns sit behind a per-row expander so the table stays readable.

Exporting​

It served an HTML table named .xls. It is a genuine spreadsheet now.

Rules and limits​

  • Yours only. Directors can read them.
  • Generation spends tokens; the estimate and your remaining allowance are shown first.
  • Hours come from the curriculum, so fixing hours there fixes them here.

Troubleshooting​

"Rows are missing for a big unit." Sections are no longer capped at 20 lessons — a unit with 38 hours generates 38 rows. If you see a cap, the plan predates the fix; regenerate.

"Auto generation used to time out on a full-year curriculum." It did. A whole year was written in one request, and a 96-lesson curriculum ran past the gateway's limit and failed before any plan appeared. Each unit is now written separately — large ones in slices — so the wait no longer grows with the size of the curriculum. If one unit still fails, the rest of the plan is kept and the failed unit is named, rather than losing everything.

"Many gaps are reported." Expected early in the year — a gap is a subtopic with no lesson plan yet.

"Activities read generically." Compile from plans rather than auto, or run the AI pass over a merged plan.
