What this page is for

A shelf you can browse: subject → year → content. Useful when you want material on a topic rather than material from one particular lesson.

The difference from Materials:

The screen, explained

  1. Subjects — only subjects that actually have something in them.
  2. Years — inside a subject, only years that have something.
  3. Content — the books and videos themselves.

Each item shows a cover, whether it is an ebook or a video, and its year. Opening it opens the book or the video.

There is a search box — typing a title searches the whole library at once, skipping the folders.

Rules and limits

  • You see your own school's library. Teachers can share material with other schools, but that pool is teacher-to-teacher; your view is your school's shelf.
  • Empty folders are hidden, which is why the subject list here can be shorter than in My Subjects.
  • Teachers fill it. If a subject is thin, nothing has been added yet.

Troubleshooting

"A subject I study is not in the library." Nothing has been added for it. That is the usual reason — try Materials for lesson attachments.

"I cannot find a book I saw before." Use the search box rather than the folders; it looks across every subject and year. A teacher can also remove an item.

"The video will not play in the page." On a phone it opens the YouTube app instead — expected.
