What this page is for​

Your marks exactly as your teachers recorded them, one row per subject.

This is the same register your teachers and parents see. Nothing is hidden from you here, and nothing is softened.

Reading the grid​

Each subject shows your marks in date order, with your average alongside. Tapping a mark shows when it was given and any comment the teacher attached.

Absences and late arrivals appear here too, marked as excused or not.

Symbols instead of numbers​

Some subjects — usually in the younger grades — use symbols rather than numbers: letters, words or icons your school has chosen.

The underlying record is still a number, so your average works normally; the symbol is just how it is displayed. If your school changes the scale later, the same marks re-display under the new one.

What to do about a mark you think is wrong​

Talk to the teacher who gave it. Marks can only be changed by the teacher who owns that journal — nobody else can edit them, including you and your parents.

Rules and limits​

  • Read-only. You cannot add, change or hide anything.
  • Your own record only.
  • Averages are calculated from the numbers, even where symbols are shown.
  • Marks from an archived journal still count towards your report card and transcript.
  • Always open, paid or not. If nobody has paid your subscription yet, the rest of the portal is restricted — but this page is not. Recording your marks is the school's obligation and seeing your own record is your right, so the journal stays open and the app brings you here.

Troubleshooting​

"A subject is missing." Its journal has not been created for this term yet, or you were enrolled after it started. Ask your homeroom teacher.

"My average looks wrong." It is the mean of the marks shown. If a mark is missing or duplicated, that is a recording question for the teacher.

"A mark disappeared." Teachers can delete an entry they made in error. Ask them.

"I see marks for a class I left." Your record travels with you. Marks earned in a previous class stay part of your history.
