What this page is for
Telling us what would make the app more useful, and telling us what is broken.
Feedback goes to the people who build the app. For anything about your child's marks, a teacher, or a school decision, contact the school directly — nobody there reads this page.
Ideas
Features and improvements go on a shared board that other parents see — each role has its own, so you are voting alongside people using the app the same way you do.
Ideas are anonymous, and anyone can upvote once, reversibly. The count is what tells us which ideas matter most.
Say what you are trying to do, not just what to add. "I want X" is much easier to act on with "because right now I have to check three screens every evening."
Look before posting — one idea with thirty votes carries far more weight than six near-duplicates.
Bugs
Bug reports are private. Only you see your own.
A report often contains your child's name, their class, or a screenshot of their marks. Publishing that to every other parent would be a privacy problem.
A report takes what happened, steps to reproduce it, and a severity of low, medium or high. The steps matter most — a problem someone can reproduce gets fixed.
You can delete your own reports. There is no voting on bugs.
Rules and limits
- Ideas are anonymous and shared with other parents; bugs are private to you.
- One upvote per person per idea.
- Severity applies to bugs only.
- This does not reach your school.
Troubleshooting
"I cannot find an idea someone mentioned." The board is per role — a teacher's idea is on the teacher board.
"My bug report is not listed." The bugs tab shows only your own, from the account that filed it.
"How do I report something urgent?" Severity high, with the steps to reproduce it.
"I want to complain about a teacher." This is the wrong channel — it reaches the app's developers, not the school. Contact the school directly.
