Pupils

What this page is for

Every pupil in the school, with their account status, whether their family has paid, and — for school leavers — their graduation and BAC result.

Type a name. Search is debounced, so it waits for you to stop typing rather than firing on each keystroke.

You can also filter by:

  • Payment state — covered or not
  • Graduated — off by default
Graduated pupils are hidden until you ask for them

The default list is your current school. Alumni would otherwise grow it every year until the useful names were buried. Turn on the graduated filter to see them.

What each row shows

The pupil's name and photo, their class, when they joined, their account status, and their payment state.

For a graduated pupil the row also carries their Absolvent label (for example Absolvent Liceu 12 A 2025-2026) and, where set, their BAC status.

A pupil who graduated and has since joined a new class is marked as continuing — their record travelled with them rather than being duplicated.

Payment state

Access to the pupil-facing product is funded per pupil, by the parent. The badge tells you where each one stands. A pupil who is not covered can still be marked present and graded — the register is the school's legal obligation and is never gated — but the pupil-facing extras are locked for them.

During a school trial period every pupil counts as covered, with no payment.

Setting a BAC result

For pupils who finished grade 12 you can record pending, passed or failed directly on the row. The homeroom teacher of that graduated class can also set it.

Account actions

Deactivate, reactivate, or remove a pupil. Each asks for confirmation first, because all three change what the family can see.

Removing a pupil does not erase their grades — those belong to the school's register.

Opening a full profile

Click the name for the complete profile: grade trend, per-subject averages against the class, attendance, report card and transcript. See Pupil profile.

Rules and limits

  • Directors only.
  • Graduated pupils are excluded unless the filter is on.
  • BAC status applies to grade-12 leavers.
  • Payment state never blocks the register — marks and attendance always record.
  • Removing a pupil keeps their academic records.

Troubleshooting

"A pupil I know exists is not in the list." They graduated (turn on the filter), or their membership is inactive.

"Payment state looks wrong." It follows the parent's subscription and any active school trial. A subscription that lapsed flips it back.

"I cannot set a BAC result." The pupil is not recorded as having graduated from grade 12. Run graduation first — see Graduation.

"Search returns nothing for a partial name." The roster searches first name, last name and email, and matches anywhere in them — so a fragment is fine. If nothing comes back, check the Graduated filter: alumni are hidden unless you switch it on.
