What this page is for​

A written message to parents. It arrives in their portal, as a notification, and on Telegram for those who have connected it.

It is one-way. Parents cannot reply.

Who receives it​

As a director, every active parent in the school.

There is no scope picker — the audience follows your role. A teacher sending from the same page reaches only their homeroom class; you reach everyone.

There is no way to narrow it

You cannot send to one class, one year group, or one parallel. If a message only concerns one class, ask its homeroom teacher to send it — otherwise every family in the school receives something irrelevant, and the next genuinely important announcement gets less attention.

Only parents linked to a pupil receive it. An account with no linked child is not a recipient.

Sending​

A title is optional; the body is not, up to 50,000 characters.

After sending you see the recipient count. That is a snapshot taken at send time — parents who join next week do not receive it retroactively.

History and recipients​

Everything you have sent, with dates and counts. Opening one lists exactly who received it and whether each parent has Telegram connected. Before you have sent anything, this section is a simple empty state rather than a list.

That second column is the useful one: parents without Telegram only see the message if they open the portal. If reach matters, check it before assuming a message landed.

Deleting​

Deleting removes the announcement from your history, from parents' inboxes, and takes the related notifications with it.

Delete is not recall

Anyone who already read it, or received it via Telegram, has seen it. Telegram messages are not withdrawn.

Rules and limits​

  • Directors reach the whole school; teachers reach their homeroom only.
  • No narrower audience is available to a director.
  • Body required, 50,000 characters maximum.
  • Recipients frozen at send time.
  • No replies, no scheduling.

Troubleshooting​

"The recipient count is lower than my parent list." Only parents with an active link to a pupil count.

"Can I send to one class?" Not as director. The homeroom teacher can.

"Parents say they never saw it." Check the Telegram column. Without it, the message waits in the portal until they log in.

"Can I schedule it for tomorrow morning?" No — announcements send immediately.
