My family and schools

What this page is for
Every child you are linked to, grouped by school — including children at different schools, on one account.
You do not need a second account for a second school.
Joining a school
If you have a child at a school you are not yet connected to, use the join code their homeroom teacher gives you.
Enter it here. You become a member of that school, and the next step is linking to your actual child.
The code connects you to the school. Being linked to your child is a separate approval by the homeroom teacher.
Between the two you will see the school but no data — that is the normal in-between state, not a failure.
Linking to a child
Joining the school and being linked to your child are two separate things. Your child's homeroom teacher creates the link. Until they do, you see the school but not the child's marks, homework or attendance.
There is nothing for you to submit and nothing waiting to be approved — ask the homeroom teacher to add you, and the portal fills in as soon as they do.
A link can be removed at any time — for example if a parent was attached to the wrong child. Access to that child's data stops immediately.
Switching between schools
Each school card opens that school's portal. Your notification settings and Telegram connection are per school, so connecting Telegram at one school does not connect it at the other.
Rules and limits
- One account, many schools, many children.
- A join code connects you to a school, not to a child.
- Child links need teacher approval.
- A revoked link removes that child immediately.
- Settings are per school, including notifications and Telegram.
Troubleshooting
"My code does not work." Codes are issued per school and can expire. Ask the homeroom teacher for a current one. Check for typos — they are case-sensitive.
"I joined but see no child." Expected until the link is approved. See above.
"One child is missing." Either that link is not approved, or they are at a school you have not joined.
"I have two accounts." Only one will receive notifications for a given link. Decide which to keep and ask the school to revoke the link on the other.
"A child disappeared." The link was revoked, or they left the school. Ask the school.
